1. About these terms
SIMSYS is the legal business name. Software development, domains, hosting and digital services are supplied under GSTIN 33BIVPS2624A1ZB from No. 1, Chellam Nagar 1st Street, Mangalam Road, Tirupur 641604. Computer, laptop, biometric and CCTV sales and services are supplied under GSTIN 33AJWPJ2979E2ZR from Periyar Colony Bus Stop, Tirupur 641652. These terms apply to use of simsys.in and to SIMSYS products or services unless a signed proposal, order form or service agreement states otherwise. By placing an order or approving work, the customer accepts the applicable quotation and these terms.
2. Quotations and scope
Prices, taxes, delivery estimates, inclusions, exclusions and validity are stated in the quotation. Work outside the agreed scope requires separate approval. Product availability and third-party pricing can change before order confirmation.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate requirements, lawful content, timely approvals, authorised access and appropriate backups. Customers remain responsible for their users, recipient lists, consent, licenses and lawful use of supplied systems.
4. Payment
Payment milestones and methods are stated in the quotation or invoice. Services may be paused for overdue undisputed amounts after reasonable notice. Third-party fees, renewals and taxes are payable as specified.
5. Third-party services
Domains, hosting, messaging networks, payment providers, WhatsApp or other third-party platforms remain subject to their own terms, availability and approval. SIMSYS cannot promise approval or uninterrupted operation controlled by another provider.
6. Intellectual property
Pre-existing tools and third-party materials remain with their owners. Ownership or licence for custom deliverables follows the accepted proposal and full payment. Customers warrant that content they supply can lawfully be used.
7. Acceptable use
Services must not be used for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, unsolicited or security-compromising activity. We may suspend affected services to protect users, networks or legal compliance.
8. Warranties and liability
We will provide services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential loss is excluded and aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Indian law, with disputes subject to courts of competent jurisdiction in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu. Contact info@simsys.in before escalation so we can try to resolve concerns.
